Calligraphy Health is an ancient healing system — based on Qi Gong, Nei Gong and martial arts, combining body movement, breath, attention and internal work — translated for modern life by martial arts expert and energy healer Master Zhen Hua Yang. Through simple, accessible movement and breathing practices, it helps people reconnect with their bodies, supporting circulation, organ function, energy levels and mental calm.

At Master Yang’s request, I led a complete rewrite of the website copy. The brief was to honour the traditions underpinning Calligraphy Health while presenting them in a language that felt clear, contemporary and engaging for a younger audience.
